Qardio Apple Watch App features

The Qardio Apple Watch App allows you to take blood pressure measurements with QardioArm, without having your phone with you. We have included some key features below for your reference:

Viewing history

As shown in the images below, your history is displayed in a way that allows you to quickly see your progress. All measurements are available in a list as well as plotted on a useful chart. The chart is color coded according to international guidelines set by the World Health Organization.

Apple Health integration

There are two ways to ensure your blood pressure data syncs between Qardio and Apple Health.

  1. When first setting up the Apple Watch App, you will be prompted to allow Qardio to access and update Apple Health.
  2. If you did not press OK, when first setting up the App on your Watch, you can always do so at a later time by opening the App on the Watch and tapping on the three dots in the upper right corner. Then tap on Apple Health to set up the integration.

NOTE: Integrating with Apple Health from an Apple Watch App is restricted to 7 days in the past. Only the last 7 days of your historic Qardio and Apple Health data will be synchronized.

Setting reminders

Set reminders so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to regularly monitor your blood pressure. Setting reminders is super easy:

  1. From the Qardio App main screen, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Reminders and set your date and time. That’s it!
