In order to reset QardioCore, remove the strap and use a paper clip to press down through the reset hole for 3-5 seconds. You should see the green led light up on the front of your QardioCore right after removing the clip:
If necessary, go into the Settings of your phone or tablet, select the QardioCore by tapping on the blue 'i' and select “Forget this device”.
